This particular location food was okay, the waitress was horrible. Was overcharged on food we didn't even get. The only good thing was the manager was friendly and nice and actually listened to our concerns, took action and made things right. I have been to this particular location more than once. Applebees is the best! Everything is delicious and service is great. I order for delivery often. One night my order wasn’t the greatest. I mentioned to the manager, he called me and is sending me gift cards!! I never expected that! Kudos to Applebees for going above and beyond!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it!! Food was good and service was pretty speedy. Nice atmosphere. They got us right in even though a big group. The food had a lot of flavor but not too much. I was pretty impressed. My daughter and I went in today around 5:30 pm. With a completely shattered heart after receiving some devastating news. As soon as we walked through the doors the hostess ( won’t try to spell her name) she was just amazing! She had us laughing from the start. She sat us in the section with Anthony. The best server we ever had. He was hilarious,kind, very diligent could not ask for a better server. They both truly raised my spirits. To top it off the food was excellent and the manager a very nice gentleman. Definitely recommend the New Castle Apple Bees!! You do not receive service like the two provided in many places. I ordered the all you can eat boneless chicken wings. Don’t let the ad on tv fool you. At best one wing out of the order was comparable to what they advertise. I asked for the flavor that was the hottest and I get about a half cup of cayenne pepper dumped on top the wings to the point the sauce was a paste of buffalo sauce and cayenne pepper. How original.
