Every time we go to Applebees, 90% of the time we get the same so no complains about their food. I been going to Applebee’s since 2005, the only thing that has change is the service. If keeps getting worse every year. Seem that Applebee’s is not putting the effort and money to train the right candidates for the front of the house and the bar area. Anything else same as always Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Came with my date and experience was absolutely amazing. Our server lizzy was really sweet and made us feel at home! Food was outstanding! The manager bashoy came and checked on us and made us feel like we were vip, our new favorite spot for sure!! DISGUSTING!!!! Staff sucks, food sucks, and the place is not cleaned properly. I went here on Sunday and my wait time went from 20mins to 1 hour. Finally I got up to see when we were going to be seated and the hostess says, "I didn't realize u were still here". Why have a text when ready system if it doesn't work!?!??! We got to our table and it was nasty with bits and pieces of leftover food stuck to the table. The hostess comes and just wipes it with her hand!!!!! The food was not even warm never mind hot, and my waitress took another hour to bring us our food. I will NEVER go back here.
