The restaurant is a safe and convenient location with lots of available parking. Wait staff was attentive, courtesy and professional. Food arrived quickly and was well prepared. Wow I can’t believe this place and all there bad reviews. Yes this is a sad restaurant to dine at never again . I live about 15 minutes away next time I’ll drive to Albuquerque. Nm Was there about a month ago . The Servuis horrible the waiter we had was rude in a hurry . I ordered an appetizer and I had a coupon from Albuquerque for a free one . He looks at it and says let me see if my manager will approve it , comes back and says lucky for you She did . Then throws it on table takes our drink order and appetizer. It was like 30 minutes I’m like asking him is our appetizer almost out he says should be in its way. Goes to kitchen then brings it out and takes our order . Took long to bring our food and the other appetizer that comes with one meal, we’ spent slot of money and the food wasn’t great . The fish was greasy, and the fries were cold. The quesadilla was skimpy with filling. Waited 10 to 15 minutes to get drinks and then condiments once the food came. "Food" was absolutely disgusting. No plasticware, napkins. Incomplete order and beef hadn't been warm for quite a while. Expired kids Apple sauce. The manager was very nice on the phone. it was a busy valentines day, we had patience were very polite until we were sitting for two hours with our server walking back and forth and had not yet asked us what we’d like to order, as soon as we sat down we got our drinks and an appetizer an hour into it he asks if we’re ready for the ticket and we said we had not ordered yet and he said “well are you ready to order now?” waiting a whole other hour for our order. a few other servers did help clear our table out. grateful for them. not a big fan of the server Austin. Not much that I can say about the food but it was okay took a while to come out to us.
