Ordered online pickup and was given the wrong order. The bag had two tickets on it which had my name and some other persons name. Called them to resolve it and all I was offered was a small discount. I picked up a salad the other day... I was prepared for anything as some chains especially have gone downhill. It seemed like the manager is really on top of things and I believe it was she who greeted me and located my takeout order. It was prepared per my request to the tee... Also packed very thoughtfully, and she let me know it all was in there. Food was very good. Thank you!!
