We usually like and recommend Applebee's, but this time I cannot at all. We should have gone to another restaurant when we had to step around vomit just to get through the front door. We were greeted by the hostess, who already seemed overwhelmed, but told us a 30 minute wait. Half the restaurant was open, but the only had a bartender, 1 server and a barback working front of the house. Later we found out there was only 2 cooks working. We entered around 6:45 and was sat around 7 so the wait wasn't too bad. We ordered our food and drinks and since the bartender was overwhelmed she was slow to getting orders, drinks, and food. We ordered loaded waffle fries and the size of the plate didn't not compare to the price at all. The appetizer came out fast, but it had still been 30 minutes before my oldest daughter got her smoothie. Then after an hour wait our food came out....well 2 plates. Then we were told they didn't have any Alfredo for the chicken broccoli Alfredo dish, causing my fiance and daughter to change what they wanted and after changing what they ordered then were told they had Alfredo. I think for the troubles they should have discounted the bill, but they didn't and we paid regardless bc we did eat the food even though it was a 2 hour ordeal. The atmosphere was not great due to the staff being overwhelmed. I can't be upset with the staff really, but whoever was running the restaurant that evening needs to step it up bc it was embarrassing and unfortunately we will prolly never return to that location again even with previous great experiences. So they charged me 4 dollars for cheese on broccoli and then it had paper on it. They had bad customer service. Do not recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Service with great food was not too good was better several 5 or 6 years ago for some reason it seems like all food has gotten I wonder if it is all the hormones that they inject into the animals that we eat our government tells us it's safe for us but they lied to us about many things in the past and will lie to us about many more in the future I fell as that is the truth but back to Applebee's they were very slow we had to wait 25-30 minutes on a table and they were plenty of tables empty we were not there late was before 830 our food consisted two cheeseburgers with fries one fish dinner and one chicken strip boat with fries two glasses of tea one glass of Coke and one glass of water and a order of cheese sticks Annabelle was $84 and some change now you tell me does that sound right but the server was excellent I can say nothing bad about her other than she was working her behind off hopefully everyone tipped her as well as she deserves but once again the food was not good it was hot it was not cold it was brought to the table quickly after it was fixed the quality of the food just was not there I do not think I will be revisiting Applebee's I would have give them a one-star rating but the service was my reason for 3 the one we were at was the Applebee's on inner perimeter in front of Walmart

This was the first time in a few years since we’ve visited Applebees, and I ask the question why did we wait so long? Let me tell you that the all you can eat special is worth every penny. You can mix and match riblets, crunchy shrimp, or boneless chicken wings (several different flavors), and you can bet our table looked like a bowl of Chex mix because we “Shonuff” mixed it up!!! You have got to try it, and please ask for Kayla, because she was an awesome server. Give a few weeks to run around the block and lose some weight, and we’ll be back, LOL! I was impressed that they were able to seat our large group of 20 so quickly without separating us. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. I literally cleaned my plate 🍽! My bartender keke was AMAZING! I usually don’t go to Applebees but I would go just to see her. She was so friendly and accommodating. Never made me feel like I was a bother. Very attentive. Absolutely great! ☺️ Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
