My husband and I were here last night. We waited for a hostess to come to the front, no one ever came. So I went to the bar to order, before I could I asked a server, she told me to wait in the front and someone would come and take our order, NO ONE EVER CAME. The same server that told me to wait was standing around talking along with others. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but this is bad customer service. I usually loved Applebee's but with this type of service I rather take my money elsewhere. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Applebee's looks great on the inside. There was a 45-minute wait. But once we were seated, our waitress Kayla did not miss a beat. She was very attentive and courteous. The food was good! The service was excellent! The atmosphere was perfect! We ordered the All You Can Eat (Boneless Wings, Riblets, and Fried Shrimp), Three-Cheese Penne, & 12 oz. Start off saying the food was good, my waitress Sheila was wonderful. The manager Alicia was awful,rude, apparently do not like African Americans or maybe because I had on blue. My young daughter n I was sitting at the table from 11:02am until 1205pm on a Sunday she asked everyone around us, which their nationality was white, are you ok?how's everything? she asked them that 3times. Alicia the manager passed by us 11times did Not asked us that question not once. Other than that Cheyenne the host and Sheila our waitress was WONDERFUL
