Our server Alexa was an absolute delight she was so attentive and made us feel so loved and welcomed she’s amazing love her fr fr. You know who else was amazing? I've been to this Applebee's multiple times. The service is always welcoming and friendly. This visit Alexa served us. She was very nice, patient and even helped inform us on deals. Very good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our family visited Applebees in Grand Haven Sunday evening. Food - The food was okay. My wife had ordered the Quesadilla Burger which she had been having a craving for; she asked for it to be pink (versus not pink which was the other option)and it came out well done. She ate the first half (I had a bite which was overdone). I ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Penne which was good; seemed like it may have been sitting for a bit but it was still warm enough to eat. My son had the 8 oz sirloin medium rare, came out medium well. Other son had the kid’s pizza which seemed fine. Service - Our waiter was friendly and attentive. My roommates and I go to Applebee's very often, and when we ended up here after a long day, we had our best experience yet at one yet. The restaurant was calm, with the music actually turned up to where you can hear it as opposed to every other Applebee's we've been to, and the waitress was very helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Hollie, and she was both patient and ready to assist us when needed and left a very positive impression on us. She even brought over a refill for my drink without prompt!
