Our waiter was amazing. He laughed at my son's jokes and listened when they talked. Which for me as a special needs mom is the best thing to see when we go out. The waiter made our night out great. I had ordered the 4 cheese pasta with chicken and it was very disappointing the sauce was really watery and the pasta was over cooked and bland. The bbq ribs were over cooked and not edible due to how hard they were. But the staff was friendly just an issue with the food and its quality. Awful service! I don’t know what happened to this restaurant, used to be good like a year or two ago. Recently, you think like you’re in self service place, you have to ask for everything. Last 2 times we dined in food arrived cold, then gotta ask to heat your food??!!! Even takeout orders, My GOD!! They’re trying to save some money by reducing the food portions!! No silverware! Missing orders! My daughter got 3 pieces of quesadilla instead of 4. What did the chef do to the 4th piece while cutting a round tortilla? Or by saving a piece from here, a shrimp from there, pretending to forget the fries and other cheap ways. Not going there again. I dined there recently with some friends and our waiter was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We all enjoyed our meals and ended up ordering desserts. Applebee's offers a good selection of meals and desserts and we were all very happy with our selections. It's been years since I ate at any of this restaraunt. Food was ok. Not a wide variety of choices on the menu, caesar salad wasn't topped with shaved cheese as I was expecting. I had JUST missed the 'half-off' appetizers. Servers should let patrons know about specials once seated though. Just saying. Not bad if you're hungry and want to sit down and eat something BUT call to check if any Deals before you go. Here for lunch I love Applebee's its my favorite place to Eat at the Whisky Burger my son got is HUGE the portion is just right could actually feed 2 ppl he actually called it intimidating. I got the Cesar Salad and Tomato Soup the salad doesn't have much dressing when it comes out but they will be glad to bring you out a bit more the Tomato soup is not to bad more croutons than soup not a big fan of soft croutons but for the amount you pay for a quick lunch you can't go wrong . Our waitress is sweet with a great smile
