Orderd a BLT and took it home to find out there was no T tomato and when I called they tell me, oh well are out of tomatoes, they could have told me that at the time of order and I would have not ordered it. Placed online order from work for multiple people. Paid online and chose a pick up time to avoid the drive thru at peak lunch hours. Well, the staff at this location decided that the lobby is closed and doors are locked. So EVERYONE gets to go through the drive thru. Best part? After the 15 minutes it took getting to the speaker, it took another 10 to get to the window! What would be the point of ordering ahead of time when I had to spend the entirety of my 30 minute break in line?? Nothing apparently! Whoever's policy or mistake this was, it needs to be reviewed and remedied. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cashier was really rude. I could tell she was new. She kept saying and and... I just wanted to let her know she'll know when we're done ordering. Had two separate orders and only gave sauces for the first order. Just rude made me feel like an inconvenience. Won't be back anytime soon. Ordered a smokehouse brisket. Instead of telling me they were almost out they made it mostly out of roast beef. When I called and asked if it was a mistake or just how they make them now, she cut me off and said she watched the employee herself put only brisket on the sandwich. Just straight up lied to me. By far the worst arbys I have had, curly fries were cold & taste like they have been sitting for an hour. The beef & Cheddar taste off & like it's been sitting on a warming plate to long. Drive thru employee didn't seem happy with her job. Only decent thing out of it was the over priced lemonade. Food: 1 Service: 2

Tried this new chicken box. Hot sauce. Tasted weird and not good. Asked for regular fries and got cold curly fries. The roast beef sandwich was good but smashed. there is a piece of hair on my gyro . Not Sure Why restaurants in port huron don’t wear hair nets anyways but this is disgusting now …. i have clearer pics if need be . but as soon as i unwrapped my gyro and tried to place it back together to eat it i saw this circle string of black hair on my meat this is gross. not trying to eat people hygiene here

This is a pic of my 1/2 pound sandwich. I've been ordering these for years and this is by far the smallest sandwich I've ever received. Not worth a return trip. Just very disappointing. They also failed to include my son's entire meal. We e weren't charged for it, but we DID order it. Horrible service at this location.**Update** 2/14/22 Tried Arbys again. They can't seem to tell the difference between a Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a Roast Beef sandwich. One has an onion bun and arby and cheddar sauce. The Roast Beef has a sesame seed bun and no sauces unless added. A second trip for the correct order every time. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
