When we arrived home we realized our order was wrong. I called the store and KeShawn was so kind and helpful! We had credit at the store and when we went to get the sandwich,it was fresh and we had great interaction with staff. This location has always been friendly and patient. Arby's is a mixed bag typically. The wagyu burger was very good and far exceeded my expectations because the elk burger from my last visit was a dry hockey Puck. The gyros meat was way too soft for what a gyros should have letting me know it's fattier than Kronos or something similar but the taste was good. The jalapeño poppers are over priced quite a bit but still good for fast food and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Awful..no curly fries and many other items. Sliders disgusting sloppy mess and service slow. Fries, once readywere hot and crispy though..

Thought I would try the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Take a pass on this one people. The bread is hard and microwaved and the steak is slimy filled with some kind of a sauce. It was awful. This is literally the WORST fast food location of all fast food places in the entire states! After 8pm the cancel and refuse doordash orders everytime... So tonight I sent my daughter and asked to get a few arby sauces...and this is what they gave her......photo attached. Who is managing this place? Thought I would try something different today, so I had the Bacon Ranch Waygu burger. Very tasty, but the ranch dressing nearly overpowered the taste of the burger. I would order this again, but ask to hold back on the ranch. Personal preference. My wife had the Rueben sandwich, which is always a hit. They have recently changed the sizes of drinks and fries to small and large only but the large is now equivalent to the size of their old small cups. Same price for less what a rip off. New Wagyu Burger was kind of pricey and doesn't look like anything they advertise. For ten bucks, I can get a nice handmade burger and fries at the pub. The blonde lady at the window acts like she wants to kill someone. Not friendly whatsoever. The little creamsicle shake I ordered was about the only good thing I have to say. Price per person $10–20
