Don't bother...staff never came to counter to wait on us we left. They knew we were there because after standing there awhile already he walked up to take a window order hollered back counter line and still the 3 people visible did not come to take our order. There was only 1 table of people, guess they were too busy mopping the floors! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager, Michelle (?), had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I don't expect much from fast food, but hot and "fresh" doesn't seem like an out of this world request. The manager (?) was rude when I brought this to their attention and didn't see anything wrong with my complaints. Will never stop here when traveling through again. Will never recommend it either. Where to begin??? Cold fries, hair in my sandwich or the 20 minutes waiting for my order? The manager Michelle had an attitude when I addressed my food concerns.
