Roast Beef
Going from a special event, my daughter and I stopped in for a quick order...and I mean a quick order. The staff was very accomplished having our food cooked and bagged in minutes. You can imagine my shock. I love their roast beef, and Jamaica shakes. But on this visit, I tried something new, crinkle fries. They were hot and nicely salted. Crinkle fries might not be the typical or preferred potato order, but I really did enjoy them. A great change of pace. BTW the inside was clean and well maintained.

Extremely upset. Website says their dining room is open until 11. It's not even 9pm and the doors are locked.

The response from the owner is ludicrous, what if I was a traveler driving thru and seen the sign on the highway, i get off to get food and they're closed? You shouldn't have to call the restaurant to see if the hours that are advertised online are correct...
Decided to give them another try, this time was just as bad. I ordered two meals spending over 30$and the fries are just horrible, cold and old. Ordered three drinks, and was told the straws were in the bag... got two straws for three drinks. I'm done ✔️

So what used to cost a like 4 bucks, used to be my favorite. Is now over 10.00. The Arby's beef and cheddar. Mine was extremely small. The bun was soggy and the curly fries were cold about the only thing in the meal a #1 was the coke. The service was extremely fast. But trying to get out of the parking lot was next to impossible. Skip this Arby's and check out taco bell or something. Tomorrow I will be at the taco bell look for my review.

Crews are so rude there. they serve the food cold and never shows up on time when the customer is in the counter. they keep customers waiting until they are done making orders.

Went thru the drive thru, they forgot a sandwich, went inside got it taken care of, got to my house, I got a beef n cheddar they for got the cheese....

Most of the meals came out hot and fresh! One meal was not so much and was missing a few items on a sandwich. When asked to correct it, the lady was very short and seemed annoyed. Her customer service wasn't so great, nor did she correct the meal with the missing items when she came back. At that point, we just asked to have the meal refunded and went home.

I went in like every other day, ordered a roast beef sandwich sliced thin, the general manager tells me it’s already pre cut and nothing she can do about it, I didn’t say anything but thought to myself if you advertise it’s sliced fresh how is it pre sliced? And what made me angry but held my self back was the fact that I come there a few times a week for lunch and the cashier and cook always cut it thin for me, I don’t see how a GM can say that the meat is pre sliced and she can’t do anything about it, yes you can, you type “ask me” on the order and when the person on the line asks what that is you tell him sliced thin, like they do every other time I come around. Never going back there, she also gave me the scrapes of fries, hard and nasty. Shane on your GM.

On 3/16/23 at about 12:30 I got the best service I have ever received from a fast food place in a long time, lately there's has been a standard among fast food chains that the service usually isn't that great usually because people just don't care, but this Arby's in Belleville has done a fantastic job, the dude behind the counter, ( I don't know his name, sorry). was phenomenal at the lunch rush. He had a long hair that was in a pony tail. This dude and his team was holding it down. I hope this review makes it to upper management. You all deserve some serious accolades for a job well done.
