Ok let’s start first what is good, beef taco is good and serving is abundant, chicken taco on the other hand is a little dry, while pork taco is to oily. Anyway staff are good.

Meine Mahlzeit im Avotaco am Flughafen von Malta war leider enttäuschend. Der Burrito, den ich bestellte, entpuppte sich als geschmacklose Enttäuschung. Die Füllung hatte kaum Geschmack und schien zusammengeworfen zu sein, ohne jegliche Sorgfalt oder Kreativität. Dazu kam, dass die Wartezeiten unverhältnismäßig lang waren, besonders für einen Flughafen, an dem die meisten Passagiere wenig Zeit haben. Diese Erfahrung hat definitiv meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt und ich werde in Zukunft nach anderen Optionen Ausschau halten.

This restaurant is located in the terminal in the basement floor in the food court were there are many choices. There’s a Mexican restaurant I had the vegetarian burritos and it tasted delicious. I had no ideas on it. I had it standard and it was worth it made me full for the whole day. I had it for lunch. Nice friendly staff very nice and clean place

We ordered from here last week after our flight on Friday. I have loved Avotaco since it first opened in Ta Xbiex and have also ordered from Mriehel, which has kept the same standard, however I cannot say the same about their Airport Store. The Owner should really do a mystery shopping exercise to assess the quality of the food being served as it is sub par. The Chicken normally is bursting with flavour, however on this occasion it tasted like pulled bland chicken covered in sauce, which ruined the tres tacos and the chipotle burrito (usually our favourite). The flavours in their beef loaded nachos were also off.. Unless the quality improves, I recommend giving the airport outlet a pass (but do try their other outlets on the island).

Une honte ! J'ai opté pour des nachos. Le serveur parlait très vite anglais et je n'ai pas tout compris ce qu'il me disait. Des nachos logiquement sont servis avec une sauce, je n'ai donc pas voulu en rajouter. Je me suis retrouvée à payer 3.50€ de vulgaires chips triangles. J'ai donc acheté de la sauce pour 3.75€.
Si on n'est pas capable d'être patient, on ne travaille pas en clientèle à l'aéroport. De plus, le téléphone portable personnel est à bannir lors de la prise de commande et du service.

Had lunch at the airport location. The workers were friendly. The food was fresh, portions were big and the food was pretty good. The cheese sauce was a bit on the thin side. Great option for the airport, I recommend giving it a try! Cashless payment.
