My friends and I like to check out new coffee spots every once in a while and Awakening was recommended to us. Let me begin by saying that this place is it. The food is good but the drinks are immaculate 😩🤌✨ The iced matcha latte has the perfect amount of sweetness and the matcha itself is not so overpowering in taste, yet you still taste the full bold flavor of the matcha. The iced chai latte is full of flavor! You can taste the different spices used in the chai with star anise being the main spice you taste. Now the lavender haze iced latte 🤩 This drink was by far our favorite. The richness and floral flavor from the lavender was just right. Not too sweet and not so floral that it tasted soapy. And the hibiscus cloud foam on top of this drink brings the right amount of tanginess that pairs sooo well with the lavender latte. Vibe and aesthetic was cool! Had the Heavenly Cloud Latte and Prosciutto and Brie croissant with arugula. The cold foam on the latte was delicious, and the espresso was good as well. Croissant was soft and toasty! You order and pay at a kiosk, but you don't miss out on the social interaction or service as they all greet you when you walk in. The back room where all the seating was awesome and comfy, great place to hangout or do work. I stayed for about an hour, and when I was leaving they all shouted by and referred to me by my name which I was suprised they even remembered it as they definitely had plenty of other customers there so that was cute. This place is very cool! but there needs to be menus visible or available for people in line. Maybe a QR code at the entrance 'is this your first visit' sign? The website only has partial descriptions for each menu time (at least in mobile view) and no way to view full descriptions. The line to order was very very long only because people couldn't see options and spent a long time deciding at the touchscreens.

Good coffee, which is probably the most important, but you have to order on an iPad when coming in and then wait. Personally I think it's annoying because then you're stuck there even though you want to leave because it's taking too long. We also ended up paying twice for one coffee because of some technical issue. Staff is really nice though! Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
