Would love to put 5 stars because their food was really great. However, the service was not it. We went Tuesday around 7:30 ish and they started putting the chairs on the tables as soon as we finished ordering even though it was a dine in order. The guy that made our burritos had the most serious face, and we were not greeted. I was confused by them putting the chairs up when their closing time is 9:30. They were ready to go home 2 hours before closing. After we sat down they turned off the music. So there we were eating in silence which made it uncomfortable to have a conversation that everyone can hear so we decided to leave not even 5 minutes later. My husband asked for a to go bag and the girl was just on her phone throughout the whole interaction. Didn’t make eye contact not even once. Honestly the most uncomfortable experience we’ve had. Like i said the food is good but the service makes your experience terrible. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was looking for healthier options when I saw the build your own burrito bowl. My husband LIVES for burritos so this was a win win for us. I ordered a large bowl with several “toppings” with multiple meats and it did not disappoint! I’m in heaven. My husband had to wrap his massive burrito in a towel! He is in hella impressed with this place. To say it is delicious is an understatement. Only wish we had one of these places in Lubbock. How is a place going to charge $6.50 for this size bean and cheese burrito?!?-it’s the sad looking mini one on the left if your unsure Come on man, this is just SAD compared to your reg burritos….extremely disappointed. *Id also like to add I understand there is a price difference between the two burritos but it’s still ridiculous to charge almost 7 bucks for the smallest tortilla and barely any beans* Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast Price per person $50–100 Food: 1

Way over priced food , taste like it was made days ago no lie the shrimp is so old and chewy the shredded beef, almost taste, sour ! The two women working were really sweet and nice but that doesn't make up for the old food Service: 1

This was our first time trying Bad Azz Burrito. The video menus scroll through too fast and they have two screens dedicated to breakfast even though it's not available after 11am. They do have a large menu board on the wall, as well. My wife and I had the 3 taco daily special and our son had the Game Changer Burritto. Everything tasted amazing! The meats all had great flavor from the chicken, asada, brisket and pastor. When we are in this area again, we'll plan to stop by for more great food! Food is great. Customer service not so much... Young lady with the glasses has a bit of an attitude and acts like she can't answer questions about the menu. The owner had to step in during his important phone call while on his break to help us. The ladies making the food are sweet but they will let you stand there to ADMIRE their fast moving menu until you say you are ready to order.

Negative 1 star for having to wait 10min to get our order taken. I mean we were LITERALLY the ONLY people waiting in line, and no one behind the counter.. typically i wouldn’t care THAT MUCH but we were on our lunch break l so it affected the quality of my lunch break and my ability to acutually sit and enjoy my food… Aside from that, the food was great and The decor went above and beyond, so it was 100% my type of place… between them and freebirds, I’m surprised chipotle hasn’t been put out of business yet 😂😂 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Decided to try this place after passing thru a few times. Outside nothing catches your eye. Plain beige building with a black and white sign. Inside is a completely different story. A whole lot of color. Monitors with food flashing. A lot pictures on the walls. A giant burrito challenge with $11,000 prize money. Everything is a little overwhelming. The lady saw that I had a lost look and asked what I wanted, not really knowing what they had. She stated they sold burritos, quesadillas and bowls. Since a gentleman in front of me ordered a bowl that’s what I opted for. I ordered the bowl with cilantro rice, black beans, chicken and carne asada. Also added roasted potatoes, cheese, guacamole, poco de gallo, shredded cabbage and some pickled carrots. They had a bunch of other stuff, but since this was my first time I did not want to go overboard. This bowl with a bottle drink came out to about $16. They have a little salsa bar with three of their salsas. I tasted all three( two green and one red) I went with the creamy green salsa as it had the best flavor. None of the three were super spicy more of a medium spicy level. Taste was pretty good. I was surprised at the fist bite as in my head I was comparing it to a Chipotle bowl. Boy was I wrong,evening was seasoned just right and nothing was bland. The chicken and the carne were moist seasoned well. The pickled carrots/ jalapeños were delicious with just a smidge of sweetness. I really enjoyed this bowl. Service was super as i was helped by a lady that was working by herself. This is a place I will come back to. Things I wish I knew before ordering. The menu is written on the left hand wall as you walk in. What I thought was a bunch of scribbles and signatures, was actually the menu. It didn’t help that I did not have my glasses on. But if you come, take a good look at it and see what you like. I was introduced to the Hot Cheeto Burrito by a friend. Good burrito and good service. I was checking out the burrito eating contest. $10,000 if you can eat the 3lb burrito in under 1:06 (1 minute and 6 sec) or Team eats 11lb burrito in less than 6:03 (6 minutes and 3 seconds) for $2,000. Sounds like fun, But I just want to watch. I was told a professional ate the 3lb in 54sec. Wow!
