One of the best places to get a burger in the metro area! Great service and the food is delicious! You can really taste the difference in the quality of the beef used, and they do offer options for gluten free buns so even glusers can enjoy! Ordered to go on a Saturday night. I knew it would be busy however we had to wait over 20 minutes from our estimated time. Got our food and noticed half the food was missing. Food was already cold from probably sitting out for a while before being bagged and brought out to us. Sliders were very over cooked . The ladies at the front were nice. Called back and the gal was very nice and pleasant. They threw in one free dessert after missing half our food and having to drive back. First time at this location and will probably be the last. Never had this problem at other locations. Disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Good burgers and fries. Beer options are good too. Reasonable prices. The wait was more than I would have liked. It seemed like some tables were open. Service was fast and food came out quickly. Service was great! Our waiter was very accommodating to my picky 4 yr old who ended up just wanting tomato slices and he was present when needed for refills/ordering/ect. my complaint is on the food-- barely any mixed greens was all just the ingredients I added on the build your own salad, and the burgers/ apps weren't as good as our previous visits. We've been here quite a few times and this time the food was probably the worst. We will be back just hope the food is better next time! 2024-Jan, This restaurant is in Southlands, so it will be hard to find parking on the front. There are lots of parking at the back of the restaurant, just a little walk. We, a party of 6, arrived at 630 pm on Thursday night. We got seated in less than 10 minutes. Our server arrived at our table in a few minutes to get our drink orders. She arrived with our drinks but forgot one drink. After telling her she was missing a drink, she apologized and asked what drink she missed. After a few minutes again, she returned with that drink. She left and came back to take our orders. She took all our orders including the appetizers. After a long, long wait, our appetizer came. With no utensils or plates. So we used the paper towel that's already on the table. The appetizers were good probably because we were hungry. Another server saw us without utensils and brought us some. But it was too late coz we were almost done with the appetizers. Five minutes later, our food came. The food was good. After eating, we paid. We asked our server to take her tip from the gift cards we handed her and showed her the tip amount we wrote in the check. She never came back to return our gift card. She just took all the gift cards. 😳 It was past nine when we left. My child forgot 2 small toys on our table. We called the next day, and they said they never found it. 😮‍💨 Hope you have a better dining experience than us!! Very good food, really good experience. Food was hot and fresh. Needed a slight adjustment to food when delivered and the waitress was great about the accommodations. The atmosphere was fun, pleasant, lively. A lot of good music was played which really added to the positive vibe. The milk shakes were absolutely amazing! NO extra charges for just being a customer, or breathing their air. Straight forward charges that were very reasonable. Definitely will be back. The atmosphere was family friendly, but busy on a Friday night. They will bring out the kids food first. The wings, burgers, and fries were pretty good. The Bistro burger was really good and the Daddy's Philly was tasty too. The staff was super friendly and fun. Overall a great experience. The burgers were a bit of a mess, slightly dry, and difficult to handle/eat, but tasty with Big Bad Daddy’s unique concoctions. The service was good and friendly. The shakes, with various sweet combinations, was the standout for us, and the Chunky Elvis (peanut butter, chocolate, banana & walnuts) was delicious. Overall a decent lunch or dinner place. Family friendly to an extent. I wouldn’t bring kids younger than 3 here on a busy night. All they really have is a limited coloring menu. They will get bored easy during a long wait for food. Tater tots are one of my favorites here! I can’t forget to mention the badass margarita. They taste great and are pretty strong.
