Worst place to buy your bakery needs. They wrote no returns on frozen stuff and they wouldnt return refrigerated items. the chinese lady that cant speak english doesnt know what the difference is between frozen and refrigerated she said she doesnt know… what kind of unprofessional business is this?? Frozen and refrigerated is different. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Products are good and prices but customer service is bad! Would definitely help being able to physically see the products they have it will get them more sells too.
new customers have no option to view products and compare prices. You don't know what they offer. You can not go to see anything, from the reception to the exit. How am I going to buy a product without seeing the label or knowing its origin?! I was very excited and left very disappointed because I don't know what their system is. The oriental girl at the reception was not friendly and did not take the time to explain. this business only works for its old clients not to have new clients. 👎🏻
DANGER TO LIFE, nut allergies. One week I was told that my child could have a product but that they couldn't show me allergy information. The next week, the same dishes may contain nuts, as I investigated, they seemed to be more and more mismanaged. They had no separate allergy information for the current menu in one document. The supervisor tried to hide and send out food that he hadn't given me information on. Eventually, after another complaint, he came back and after much complaining, he agreed to take my number and email, to help the company not cause someone a medical emergency and was told I'd receive contact. Two weeks later and I still think that they will be putting peoples lives in danger. People die in the UK every year of allergies in restaurants and there is legislation in place to safeguard against this. However, yet another Sheffield company who ignore it. To be honest I would also be concerned about every aspect of food safety at a place that mis-manages such important processes.
I recently started a new business and these guys have it all. They are so knowledgeable and have great customer service. Thank you for your professionalism!
Office method for pickup is over killing if you have preorder, makes no sense having to wait in danger line that people who are putting their order in, will call should be a breeze not having to wait in line.. Makes no sense.. And then having to verified your order again.. Why don't they verified and have it in an secure area beforehand....
