Excellent food and we could make it as healthy as we liked, but plenty of goodies too. I would ask them to cut their steamed broccoli a bit smaller- these chunks are huge and hard to eat. I love balance! My favorite is the Korean bibimbap and the taro milk tea. The creamy wontons are great as well. The staff are super friendly and always eager to help as well. I am from the town in Ohio where Balance originally started and I was SO excited to see it coming out to Colorado. After having eaten at this location a handful of times, I can confidently say this location lives up to the original:)

Food is inconsistent. Last time I ordered a bowl, I ordered noodles as the main base and there were hardly any in there. I had more shaved carrots in my bowl than anything else. They also skimp on the protein... too overpriced for the quality.

Delicious, easily customizable meal variety. They give you the base options for food that you can then customize as much as you like for almost no cost. This does increase the wait for your food but it's completely worth it. Service was compliant and happy to help. I would definitely recommend Balance to someone looking for healthy, light foods.
