There was a missed take out order. They had already locked the door when I arrived. They reopened for me, allowed me to reactivate the Uber order, and customized my wife's order. The food was ready in under fifteen minutes and was delicious. Six stars for going beyond for this tired, hungry customer. We need more places like this!!! I have gotten shrimp chips/crisp there multiple times. Today, it was like I was speaking French. I was told they never sold them. Guess what, I will never go back. We ordered enough for 4 people, got one fortune cookie 🥠. Again will find a new Chinese Restaurant, even though we have been coming here since moving to California 4 years ago. Request the two item lunch plate. Khung Pao Chicken and shrimp and broccoli, no chow main or rice. look what the gave me… Please looks dirty and dated. Wouldn’t recommend. After googling a local Chinese restaurant I stoped by this establishment for lunch. Customer service is non-existent as with many Asian restaurants. I ordered their gourmet wonton soup which was bland and served in a tall plastic style cup in which I was expecting a bowl if I’m dining in. I asked for hot sauce and was informed it had to be purchased separately. My experience was just awkward. Won’t be returning.
