Please make sure you check their Facebook or call or both before visiting for brunch. For the second time in a month they have posted hours ability to online order and are actually closed. The first time I put in a pickup order assuming it would be busy. When I arrived to collect my food, door locked. Turns out on their Facebook they had posted an employee party. Im glad you take time for them, but please post it on YOUR website. Maybe update answering machine. Something. Other than relaying all information from your Facebook? Today we arrived assuming to eat in. We having experienced the previous story called ahead… no answer. Checked their facebook, no notices about an hours change. But when we walked through the door, we found a private party. So make sure you try to figure out if they are open for brunch before you go. I'm rating this in the category of "fine dining" restaurants, since it's expected to have higher quality from the get-go. The food was fresh and prepared with exquisite detail. There were blends of flavor that were unexpected yet meshed well, making my meal explorative and pleasant. Compliments to the chef. They have a good kitchen from my experience. My problems arose with the service and atmosphere. We weren't attended to by the staff as frequently, and it took quite a while to get dessert and the check. They were kind but sort of rushed to get away from our table. As for the atmosphere, the most significant issue was our seating. We sat in the front at the booth tables. The other patrons were so close to us! We felt as though we were one big table. It ended up making the night very awkward since you could hear what everyone was saying, resulting in us whispering. The front room set up is not used appropriately, since the whole premise is that it was a bank. At that point I didn't care and just wanted some privacy while eating and conversing. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but otherwise I have little positive to say. Food is overpriced and disappointing. Pasta seems to be from a box, and the sauces are all extremely watery. Waited over 90 minutes to be served and entree on the most recent visit. I wish this place was better, because I would like to go. However, as currently implemented, I will never go back.
