The bagels were good and they had a good selection along with lots of different cream cheese options (both salty and sweet), however the staff was really pushy and rude when we were explaining what we wanted. When we went to pay, the guy didn’t even say a word, he just said the price and I handed him the card and he gave me the card back, and didn’t say anything else. Bagels are fine itself but egg was trash! I asked for American cheese and the guy kept asking me Swiss or Cheddar and looked visibly upset when I asked just once if he has American cheese. Trash customer service

I don’t even get Bagels in New York City anymore, Barton’s is the best! Don’t expect fancy cream cheese. This is about the bagel, and now that you know, what are you going to do about it???

A great place to get great bagels ....Bartons puts seeds on both sides of the bagel ! Buy and freeze a dozen...

Barton’s bagels are my favorite- always delicious. And they have deals on yesterday’s. If you want a bagel sandwich- so good. Wish they were in Tam Valley. A small shop here would fit just right. Thanks Barton’s !

I have been on a bagel hunt here in the bay area. After unsuccessfully quenching my craving for the ideal bagel, this small sweet shop was the answer! The customer service was spot on with a friendly local vibe. They even know people by name. The smear I got was tasty as well. I'll be back for sure!!
