Google say they close at 10 and I went at 9 and they were already closed.

Called about 4 times around 8:30pm and no one picked up.. I ordered a cake through the app and it clearly states that they close at 10pm and my cake pick up time was at 9:45pm. So we went at 9pm to see if it was ready and the employee had just closed and he refused to give me my cake (that has been paid for) and stated that they are closed. I was speaking to him through the glass door and he said those hours online are wrong and have not been changed

Went to buy a cake at 11:30am and it was still closed despite their sign clearly stating they open at 11am.

I need to speak to manager or boss of this location employees close at 9pm and clearly it says at 10pm you need to put more attention on this is not fair

Couldn’t do negative stars. The information online says it closes at ten. Currently it’s nine o’clock and their closed.
