Bean Here currently has three locations in the area, this one, one on Sienna Parkway in the middle of the Sienna neighborhood, and one on McKeever on the way out of Sienna. The latter is their coffee bean roasting center I believe.
This location is the newest, located inside the Wellby Financial bank building, which is a new, modern building built in a new shopping center that is still under development. This seems like the owner took a bit of a risk, with a long term view, because right now it's surrounded by construction that presents challenges to attracting customers (I would imagine). However, if they can stick it out, it's a great location on Highway 6 and will be surrounded by retail.
My recent visit was to pick up a large order of coffee. The employee was very friendly and helpful. She suggested I move my car to near the door, which I did, and then she brough the large canister out and even put it in my car.
The interior of the building is very nice, with modern decor. A great place to sit and enjoy the morning.

Vibe- This location is inside of Wellby Financial. There’s seats along the window for Bean here guest and there is WiFi as well. There’s an area outside with some tables and chairs.
Customer service- Great!
Food/drinks- I got one of the seasonal drinks, the gingerbread chai with oatmilk and it was delish!
Parking- There’s a good amount of parking in the lot the building sits in.

Great place to visit, very quiet environment, just wished the sun would cooperate in the mornings it shines in your eyes while you’re dining in.
