We’ve tried a few Thai restaurants in the Pittsburgh area but hadn’t really found any that were memorable. This restaurant has changed everything for us, and we will be back many more times! The Tom Yum and Wonton soups were on point, as was the Ginger Stirfry and Beef Fried Rice. Service was exceptional and prices reasonable.

Had lunch at this fabulous restaurant with wife as we were craving some Thai food . We started out with some Thai Spring Rolls and some Crab Rangoon. Both appetizers were wonderful and my wife would take your arm off if you tried to take the pinkish sauce that came with rangoons as it was that good. Our entrees consisted of a Garlic Entree :Stir-fried baby corn, broccoli, garlic, carrots, cabbage, and savory brown sauce with duck as the protein and a 0 out of 10 on the spicy scale as that is what the wife wanted. She devoured all of it and said the sauce was a delight and just what she was looking for. For me I had the
Pad Kee Mao / Drunken Noodles:
Wide rice noodles with Napa, bell peppers, basil and garlic sauce with steak as my protein and I chose a 5 out of 10 on the spicy scale. My entree was exactly what I was looking for. Most of the time at other establishments I get pad kee Mao and it’s super sweet and I don’t enjoy it. At Beaver Thai and a spice level of 5 it had just the right kick and everything tasted so fresh. All staff were personable and friendly and I will definitely take the journey out there way to eat again.

It was a great stop while passing Beaver. Beautiful settings, excellent Thai service and very good food (we been in Thailand not once). If you dont do do spicy go lowest grade (1-10) possible. Thai spicy is different. Thank you Beaver Thai Cuisine we ll be back soon!

So happy we decided to try out the new Thai restaurant in town! Beaver Thai Cuisine was the perfect quiet spot for a nice little birthday dinner. Our server was quite possibly the nicest person around. The restaurant itself was fairly quiet, but not awkward. The menu is pretty typical Thai restaurant options but with some fun additions like pineapple curry and satay noodles. Vegetarian options for almost everything, and their tofu was really good. Everything was fresh and tasty with just the right amount of spice. The fresh avocado rolls were SO GOOD and a really light and tasty way to start the meal. Beaver Thai Cuisine is going to become our new local go-to for Thai! Don't sleep on this place!
