Benihana offers a fun and delicious hibachi show. The waitstaff were kind, helpful, and sang happy birthday in two languages. Our chef Frederico was very personable and great at his job. Our group tried the hibachi steak, stream n’ meadow and colossal shrimp, which were all cooked perfectly. It’s quite loud, but worth it for the whimsy of the show. The staff at this location is always great, yesterday I did a take out order and I didn't select the fried rice by mistake, so I just submitted another order and went inside. I believe she was the manager but she saw me come back in and asked if my order was ok, I explained I had to submit another order because I didn't select something on my order. She right away was like oh let me go expedite this even though it was my mistake. I am forever grateful the rest of my food didn't get cold and very much appreciate her having my order made right away. We had an amazing dinner with a great chef. as our entertainment. Kaleb was awesome! My group enjoyed his different take on the dinner experience. I was very happy he didn’t do the usual routine. We laughed a lot and the food was so delicious! Great service. Only negative experience was the very cold draft. Thank you Kaleb and our waitress ( Casey i believe her name was). This was my first time. Our waitress Casey was great. Our chef Kaleb was amazing! I was with others who knew he was not following "normal" script but I loved it! We laughed, got full, and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend for dates, families, or special occasions 🤩

So I ate there on 1-7-24 and the chef came to clean the grill with his rag. The rim around the grill by the chefs side looked like it was detached and when he wiped over it with the rag some black stuff that I imagine was old food came out and ended up on the grill. He wiped it a few times, and black stuff kept coming out but when he was done wiping, there was a few little chunks of black stuff that stayed on the grill when he started cooking. When he was cooking the rice, it was pushed up against the crack where the black stuff came from and it kind of grossed me out. I did notice that many of the tables had the same gap that my table had so I am not sure if it's supposed to be there for cleaning purposes but I certainly didn't want what was in there in my food. I also noticed some fruit Flys or some kind of tiny bug flying around me while I was eating. I do want to say that every other experience I have had there was great, but not so much today. Dec 25th. Crowded and long wait with reservations. Chef was fun and entertaining. Holiday menu was very limiting although we understood. I would love to visit again on a different day so overall good. If you come on a holiday even with reservations, expect delays. Meca, one of our waitstaff, suggested the lunch menu-choice of dual options. We ordered 1. a delicious noodle with teriyaki sauce, Meca recommended, paired with steak. 2. Shrimp in garlic butter paired with chicken. Juan, put on a fun show with a great sense of humor! The drink, Blue bonsai Margareta punch is so delicious!!!! A great experience! Linda, the hostess, even gave me a hug when I left.
