Great place to have authentic Italian food. Olive Garden has nothing on this place. It is clean and comfortable. They have a great drink selection and food options. I’ve gone to Biaggi’s probably upwards of 5 times and every single time I have had a phenomenal experience. Tonight, Uriel was our server and he was great. I had a Parmesan Chicken with Fettuccine Alfredo and it was incredible. Well this was a very pleasant surprise. The second Italian restaurant that I've eaten at in the last 2 days, turns out to be also as stellar experience. We came here as a planned event on a business trip and Biaggi's had a room ready for us. We did have a limited menu to choose from but I have to say that the filet mignon was absolutely fantastic. Not overseasoned like many do, but able to taste the meat and they did a fantastic job of turning out a rare steak. The plating of the steak was very attractive, the steak was perched upon the cheesy mashed potatoes. The lemon dessert was also very well done. Some of our party had the creme brulee I couldn't really find out how good it was because there's disappeared so quickly. Great job to the bartenders and the servers in our room. They were very helpful and pleasant and we had a constant presence checking on any of our needs. The next time I'm in town you can bet I'll be back. Salads are huge, definitely large enough to share. Bread and wine were excellent. I had shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. It was delicious and the serving size is very large. Plenty to take home after. We had a great dinner here with friends. They are busy, so I recommend getting on the online waiting list for a table on the weekend even if you are getting there after the normal dinner rush. First time here, we sat at the bar. Nigel was our bartender/waiter. They have a house bread that is amazing with the pepper oil!! The Cajun pasta was delicious! Had an amazing meal here with Al as our waiter. Al was so great - his recommendations were fantastic, he was super attentive but never hovered, and we felt so welcome in the restaurant even though it was fairly late. Al recommended the bacon wrapped dates, which we normally wouldn’t go for, but oh boy are we glad we did. I had the fettuccine with lobster and husband had the ravioli quattro fromaggi. Both were fantastic (HUGE portions too). Luckily we got boxes to save room for dessert and tried the bread pudding. Again, not normally what we might pick, but I’d come back just for that. Thanks for a great meal at the end of a long day. We’ll definitely be back! I can't think of a better place that deserves a five-star rating all the way! The food was excellent and nicely presented. The cooking was perfect to deliver the precise flavor. The drink was also very very good! Service was undeniably very good. The waiter was always friendly and thoughtful. I think the nicest thing about this place is its ambiance. The place is beautifully decorated with a touch of perfection everywhere. Most importantly, everything was reasonably priced. Costs only ~$30 for the entrée and drink. This place is Trash. Took way to long for Apps and waited an extra 30 minutes to get our main course for one dish to show up frozen rubbery chicken that was like eating nothing but cartilage and more oil than the middle East with a whole potato in the mash potatoes......... the other was lobster and pasta which the sea food "lobster" was old you could smell it like going over the des moines river downtown on I-235. No question it was spoiled and when you tasted it made you sick. To top things off the waiter needs to do something else because serving just ain't it. We didn't eat more than one bite and asked for the check won't be going back to this place ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great chain restaurant and great for kids. Even though a chain, they are more local business friendly than many other businesses that claim to be. Great management and service. Perfect for me! Enjoyed solo lunch at 1pm on a weekday. They were packed! Still greeted and seated quickly. Clean, inviting, open space. Mixture of booths and tables. Bar area available, too. Giant well kept bathrooms. Had the half & half pasta/salad. Chose wedge salad and butternut squash ravioli. Seriously both so good I could eat them every day. Bread to start with olive oil, parmesan, pepper. Also delicious. I was in and out in 30-45 minutes and like I said, it was packed. Saw to go orders going out like crazy as well. My water was never empty and my server was perfect for my taste. Checked in a few times without being over the top. Gave me the suggestion for the squash which I loved. Water never empty. Prompt and friendly. Bill was just under $16. Thought that was fantastic for what I got. Definitely will return many times.
