The Manager is HORRIBLE, completely RUDE and ignores your concerns when you need something addressed as a customer I'm completely appalled. There was one person at the time I went that was totally awesome and helped out when needed. They was the only reason why I came to Biggby again, they also made the best drinks I had the times I went and she was in. The food is okay, if you needed something to eat but not worth the price. Service is a 3 only cause of this worker Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Great place to get some superb coffee specialties and a Bragel, simple with cream cheese or one of their sandwich varieties. Occasional specials add another option, but can vary by location. Crews are always prompt, friendly, and helpful. I can't compare to other shops of this type, I've found no reason to go elsewhere. I'm hooked on the Honey Bear, hot variety. 4 stars on atmosphere reflect that their music they play is sometimes a bit too loud...
