Long drive thru line….went inside and stood watching one worker with hands in sweatshirt pocket watching another worker work…would not even look at me or acknowledge me standing there for several minutes. Very poor customer service, not even poor, more like zero. Manager and owner need to hire people that have a work ethic and actually give a damn about customer service. I had to leave and go somewhere else for service. Would never recommend this biggby location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location has horrible service. They messed up the order in front of me. We waited 30 min for 2 iced coffees. We were in a hurray so we asked for our money back after waiting 30 min and the rude employee told me that if I was in a hurry I should make my own coffee at home. There were no managers on site to assist with the poor service and attitudes. Do your self a huge favor and do not go to this Biggby. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

They have a great atmosphere, I started going more often a year ago since they were the only good coffee place around my house. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I've never had to complain about a drink or go back because it was made the wrong way. The staff are all very experienced and make sure that trainees are properly trained too. Prices are pretty good, even though it can get a bot pricy depending on how much you go. The only thing I would say is to get a cold brew over a regular iced coffee. Their cold brews definetly taste better and are worth the extra couple bucks. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service can be a bit slow, although it seems to be improving. Whoever is managing this one must encourage employees to upcharge for boba because this location is incredibly stingy with how much boba is in the drinks that should include it. It barely covers the bottom of the cup, while at other locations it goes up about an inch from the bottom of the cup. You can get this here, if you pay extra for it. Nice try. I would have overlooked it, but it has happened every single time I've asked for this drink for months. I'm not fond of being asked to pay extra for something that is included at every other Biggby location which is why I rarely go to this one anymore. The food is consistent with other Biggby's, but the service speed is all over the place with this entire chain. This place was rough. My friend and I were visiting from out of town. We each ordered a coffee through the drive thru. We pulled up to pay and one of the employees was trying to split up a tip jar between several different workers. I watched as she added, then added again as drive through backed up 20 cars deep. All I could do was sit there and stare and wonder why on earth she was doing that in that moment and leaving drive thru unattended. Hopefully it was a fluke and better service is norm…? Since opening this has been my usual location. Past two weeks drinks were bad. Not made correctly as I always order the same thing. This week went to the North Muskegon location but they didn’t give me the Wednesday BOGO. 😩😢 It has been 4 days since my daughter would agree to go to this location. This place is rediculous. Back to back days I have had to wait over a half hour for 2 cups of coffee. Don't waste your time or money. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

10/10 experience, the drive through worker Kelsey did an amazing job, I asked for a cup of ice water but packed ice, like a lot of ice, like no room for water but still ice water with ice. She packed it to the brim and still included water, it was DENSE. I’m super happy with my visit, thank you Kelsey. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
