Just got another messed up order from Bill Millers. Was supposed to have two orders fries, only got one. Fries thrown in bag, not wrapped, all over bag. Enough salt on the fries to kill us seniors. PO' Boy was only half wrapped. Every time we order from this restaurant it's messed up or missing items. Last time I ordered a Po' Boy it was 100% slabs of fat. Waited a long time to try them again after that.Never again! It's gone way downhill in recent years but their sides have always been terrible. We're done with it for good! I was in today enjoying a meal with my friends when manager Ibarra was ordering the young workers around like slaves and reprimanded them because they couldn’t be two places at once. The tone in which he approached his employees was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This was a disgusting sight and i feel for the little girl whom he found it ok to yell at in front of the entire lobby. If this is how this establishment operates, no one should support it. Ordered smoked turkey and trimmings for Thanksgiving holiday. We were not disappointed. The food was first-rate. The customer service was excellent and picking up our order went without a hitch. The worst bill millers , they gave me soup without any meat at all, and the chicken tenders were so dry they cut the inside of my mouth , I called to complain and went back a few days later to get a replacement. They gave me a small soup with 2 tiny pieces of meat. The chicken tenders seemed to be older and dryer than the first time. The roll was so dry and hard and so were the fries, very disappointed and did not feel safe to call and complain again. Eating take out is not something we do so often so when I do it’s like a treat. Ordered 2 poor boys, tenders, side of green beans. After asking not once but twice for onions and picked they assured were in the bag, guess what not there. Came inside to let them know I needed these items and no apologies nothing just here you go. 2nd ordered green beans and got a half empty order. Really bill millers. Get your act together!! Our order was missing $20 worth of food. We called to pick it up and they kept passing the phone around for me to explain what happened 3 times. The customer service was poor. There was no apology. The server that gave me my food was rude. The quality of the chicken went down. 50% of the chicken wasn't edible. The Cole slaw was not edible either. If you love Bill Millers, please don't go here. Pepsi ick sweet tea ick.... Order came out all wrong The sausage and BBQ sauce were the stars of the dinner. Staff very nice. Cashier did nothing to facilitate the ordering process (this would've been most helpful. At least ask with each entree if it is a meal with the drink so the need to redo the order after the credit card was ran. Possibly suggestive sell the desserts.
