Darlene was our waitress today. She was sweet and kind. She took very good care of us. We were served quickly. The food was delicious.

Had ordered the California burger but the patty was bland didn't have much seasoning. The service was great, waitress was Destiny she was nice and attentive. I didn't need to ask for a refill because she brought one right before finsihing. The rest of my dinner was great, really enjoyed the gravy.

Came in earlier this week for dinner. It was not busy and we were sat right away. Our server was Destiny and she came over right away and was very nice and high energy. I consider myself a regular I've been here for breakfast as well, when I came I had asked her for extra gravey and was very bubbly and nice about it so I was pleased to see she was my server for dinner. Overall very great food and love the ambience

Went during Superbowl Sunday and although it was busy, we were surprise by how great the service was. Destiny was amazing. Not only was she kind and bubbly, but she also recommended some awesome offers and dishes. She made sure we got everything we needed and that everything came out in a timely and quick manner. Absolutely made our traditional Black Bear experience that much more memorable. The food was Amazing!!

A group of us walked in last night and man that place was packed! When we got there they quoted us 25 min but they sat our party after 10min during that time we noticed that it was only the gal and a gentleman working and they were busy with orders to go and plus the people walking in. Upon sitting us the lady apologized to us for the wait and got our order and food pretty quick. The lady even came back to offer dessert even though they were really busy. I give props to these guys because upon pressure they filled our every need and we will definitely be back! Thank you Anna for your awesome service.

I had never been here and I had no idea the menu was a newspaper. That was a pleasant surprise and the highlight of my visit. It reminded me of a newspaper we had in highschool. The food was really good specially the dessert. The server was really nice i believe her name was Ana. Very cheerful and attentive. I definitely recommend this place

I’ve been to this location a couple of times now and the service is always great! The food is just as amazing. The environment is cozy and homelike, which makes you want to stay. Thanks to our server Jackie for another great time!
