Had to stop by and have a delicious Chicken Fried Steak, it was just like I remembered it! A little disappointed to learn they no longer serve cornbread, but they do have breakfast now, so perhaps next time we will give that a try... overall good, tasty food and great customer service and atmosphere. The chicken fried chicken is one of my favorite restaurants dishes now. It had been years since I went to Black Eyed Pea. I had never been as an adult until recently and the food was great. It's an underrated restaurant. Every single bite of the chicken fried chicken was delicious. The rolls were also good. The fries were a little underwhelming but they weren't bad. The cinnamon apples were a fun side to have with my meal. I'm looking forward to returning. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

We had never been here before & as we arrived our host was so kind & opened the door for us seated us promptly! Our waiter was super attentive with great energy it really made the trip worth it & will be coming back forsure ! They easily made us feel welcomed from the start & the food was generous portions along with great prices! Great experience over all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This particular location seemed really dirty and not well maintained. It smelled terrible inside but I couldn’t tell if it was the restaurant’s lack of general cleanliness or the clientele, many of which were probably wearing adult diaper. Because the smell was so bad, it affected the taste of the food. The wait staff was really friendly. Enjoy Black-Eyed Pea as a chain. Comfort food of sorts and this location does a pretty good job. Have been a couple times, service and atmosphere are good. Take out is okay, although they always seem to forget something. This latest round it was french fries and a salad. Chicken tenders are legit though, especially with the different gravy types they have. We just love the "pea". Had rhe chicken fried chicken and it was delicious. My sweet wife had the liver and onions (😖) but she loved it. Too bad they had to shut down so many locations. Our server was busy with 12 in the party and she performed flawlessly. Thanks Black Eyed Peas! If you are going to outlet malls, visit is must to Black eyed pea. We simply loved every single thing we ordered. We had corn bread cup cakes, bread muffins, baked loaded potato, salad and stake. Everything was yummy. Our server was very nice and high energy.

Love this place. The hubby and I always get the country fried steak with spicy sauce and fries. The kids meal comes with freshly baked cookies. The bread is so warm and melt in your mouth butter. Definitely recommend this place to anyone Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Beautiful day outside to be able to sit on the patio and enjoy lunch. Customer service: friendly, kind and courteous. Food: it wasn’t bad, the club sandwich is HUGE and a great portion. The burger was just okay and the same can be said about the fries. Not bad on the price, but overall a solid experience.
