Matt has been my server a few times at Blue Collar, and he is consistently exceptional. One of the very best in Lancaster. This past visit was on a Friday night and might be the first time I didn't sit in the bar area. It was crazy busy and the dining room had a much more family-style atmosphere than I expected. Top notch restaurant with great food at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend making reservations for dinner, it's popular, and for good reason! Their ancho chili wings were fantastic, the bacon jam on the Todd is out of this world, and the battered French fries are about as close to perfect as possible. Their Blue Collar N.E. IPA is definitely worth trying too, a solid hazy that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the Todd. Our waiter Matt was super friendly and knowledgeable, as was the young lady training with him.
