Wow! Best cauliflower pizza I've ever had in my life! All bread is homemade in house! Precious husband wife team/ owners who care about their community, employees and love what they do! The staff is welcoming and very sweet!!! I just love going. We have been twice now, once eating in and once to go. It is our new go to! Ordered by phone and picked up 25 minutes later. Ordered Greek salad and small pizza called, "the fat gary". The food was great! The dressing for the Greek salad is made in house and is amazing. The small pizza was loaded with meats cheeaes and veggies. We loved our meal from Blue Ridge Pizza Company; and will definitely add it to our favorites. It was okay. The food took 50 minutes, the mozzarella sticks weren’t great and there wasn’t a lot, the “no substitutions” on the pizzas made it hard for someone with food restrictions. Around 40 minutes I asked our waitress where our food was and she said that pizzas take a while and so many people ordered pizzas tonight… you’re a pizza shop, you should be ready to make a lot of pizzas. There isn't a website so look at the photos for the menu and call for ordering to go. The BBQ pizza was great, it was loaded with chicken and for a reasonable price. The sandwiches come with chips but you can upgrade the side to fries or something else. All in all a good place for lunch, the prices are reasonable. Personal pizzas are the best with a pastry-like crust, and soooo many variations. I had the Memphis barbeque pizza which is a perfect size. Enough for me to take some home. The rest of the menu has ton of choices with salads, grinders, you name it .... and super reasonable prices. Great place with a mom and pop atmosphere. I normally enjoy eating at Blue Ridge pizza, but I placed a take out order and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a margarita pizza, breadsticks and a slice of a key lime pie, when I returned home and took it out of the boxes I was shocked. The bread sticks were so hard that I could hardly take a bite and the pizza crust was hard just like the bread sticks and the topping on the pizza were cold and slightly burnt. In the area for work and decided to drop by. The seat yourself option was easy enough and there is plenty of seating through two separate dinning halls. Staff was friendly and very attentive. My drinks were always filled and the food was fast as well. I enjoyed the pizza but wasn’t a huge fan of their crust. That said I really enjoyed all the rest of my options and would return. Cheers!! It was really really bad service and food overall. We walk in this restaurant that my husband and I visited 9 years ago. It was good and fast forward 2 weeks ago with a party of 11. The worst pizza 🍕 our company has ever had. They described it as cardboard box tasty and the cheese was like plastic. The only item we ordered was the corn Nuggets. Also, ordered artichoke dip and it was awful no one ate it. There are no vegan friendly food whatsoever there is dairy even on their dressing. I Asked for vinegar and oil they didn’t have any available. The server we had took off and got waited on after 30 minutes into our meal the waiter that took over had to ask over and over who get what.
