This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices at Bojangles claim to be average. The atmosphere of this place is cool. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this place deserved 4.

I spent $46.74 on the 12 pc family meal and a chicken sandwich. I drove home and started serving it to my family. The chicken was so dry you literally could not eat it! I have never had chicken that bad before. I threw the chicken away and the sides were dinner that night for the kids. I wasn't driving 30+ minutes to return the trash. I have learned a valuable lesson, do not waste money there, too many other options to choose from and get much better food. It was 5:00 pm so I thought the food would be fresh, apparently they keep the chicken until it is sold no matter how old it is. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband went through the drive thru today to get lunch for our family. I ordered coleslaw with my meal. On the lid it said prepared 2/21 use by 2/23, today is the 25th. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal and were actually really rude and seemed upset that I even mentioned anything when I called to let them know my husband was going back to the restaurant with the coleslaw. I understand being busy but it takes two second to look at the lid of the food you’re serving to make sure it’s good to serve… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ate in the restaurant for the first time in a long time. There was no hustle to get the food out. Heard two staff members sigh out loud from being annoyed. I am a very understanding person but we waited almost a half hour for two chicken sandwiches and fries. Cmon now. I usually do not complain about restaurants because I understand they could be short of help but this was ridiculous. I just went through the drive thru this morning and the older lady working the window was horribly rude to me and threw my biscuit at me and did not give me my receipt or my change she owed me only because I asked her a question about getting pintos which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of not selling me until 10:30 😡🤬 Everyone is different about selling me rice or pintos . Some days here I can get them at 8 am but I will not be coming back to this one . Something needs to be done to that nasty old rude woman or you will lose more than my business when I get to work I’ll be calling talking to the manager!!!
