Whoever was choosing music had great taste today! Now if only we had any service. We were told we could self-seat on the patio. After ten minutes of not seeing anybody we finally got waters and were able to order our food and alcohol. After waiting 20 minutes we asked where our drinks were and were told they were still being made. Waited another ten minutes.. still no food or drinks. There were maybe 10 seated tables… after almost 45 minutes I’d hope for SOMETHING other than water. Not the best stop to make for lunch after coming from the airport.

Stopped in really quick to grab a bite of food and was really amazed with this restaurant. Large TVs everywhere, servers and waiters was beyond amazing. Michelle was Really attentive to everything i asked and they got my order on point(I’m very picky with my food)
I will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Positive ; service and locale. Negative ; the food and prices. Ordered burgers and all three were cold. Spent double for truffle parmesan fries upgrade and they were cold and had zero parmesan. We asked for it and they didn't have Grated, only thick stiff pieces. Spent 18 on a small plate of undercooked calamari. The Philly cheese steak sandwich came out and did not have any cheese on it. If you're spending over $100 on sports bar food, you'd expect it to at the very least be warm. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the kitchen needs serious quality control.

Where do I begin?! From start to finish our experience was terrible. Upon entering the restaurant at the hostess stand, we were greeted, and she had no menus. She asked the other hostess, who walked us to our table if she knew where the menus were, and they started arguing in front of us. Off to a great start! she never came back with menus and it took 10 minutes for anyone to come over to our table and that was after we flagged someone down for service. We were there at 8:45 on a Saturday night. It was not overly busy at all. As one waitress walked around, drinking a cup coffee like she was in the living room of her own home. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and entrees. When we received the appetizer, my significant other asked for a side of blue cheese. We were immediately told that we would be charged for it, which we had no problem with. About eight minutes goes by and no blue cheese dressing so we asked another server for it and she brings it out to us immediately. When we received our entrées, it is noticeable that the wings on my significant others order was wrong. He had ordered the ribs and wing combo. The wings were supposed to be a sweet teriyaki when they were brought out, they barely had any sauce on them all at all, but you could tell that it was a regular buffalo sauce. When the waitress finally came back around to us to ask us how our meal was we let her know that the sauce was not correct. Her first response to us was, “well that’s how I put in the order.” So we asked to get a side of the teriyaki sauce, she brings it out and it’s obvious that it’s a completely different color. We bring that to her attention and she does not offer anything .We sent the wings back, two minutes later they come back out and immediately you can tell that they took his wings and toss them in the teriyaki sauce on top of the Buffalo sauce that they had already put on the wings. We requested for the manager to come over and he acted like it wasnt a huge deal. But he did end up, riding on the waitress and letting us know that she did enter the order in correctly. This is a huge no-no and a food violation. We work in the restaurant industry and we know how things operate. There are dietary restrictions in cross-contamination that can happen .He refunded us for the meal, but otherwise was not overly helpful or apologetic. It was just a terrible experience overall, which is unfortunate because it was my significant others first time eating at Bokampers, and I had suggested it because I had had a good experience in the past. I definitely would not go back to this location ever again. Update: the fact that this review was posted over a month ago and management doesn’t even have the decency to respond to it speaks volumes about how this restaurant is run.
