This was one of the best experiences we had at this authentic Turkish restaurant in Cappadocia. Best service we have experienced in any restaurant whilst in Turkey. The staff were very friendly, especially Ugur, who kept checking on us to ensure that we were happy. We were greeted with many complementary foods and free Turkish tea at the end. We were recommended this place by the place we are staying in and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and the view was beautiful. We ordered a mixed meat grill, chicken wings, islander kebab and burger and chips everything was enjoyed and finished. As in most Turkish restaurants, once you come, they put an icy bottle of water on the table starting to open it. And as in most Turkish restaurants, they have no other drinks than icy sodas, coffee and tea. Don't take the "lemonade" - it's a powder. Chicken is good enough (2 photos) but nowhere mentioned that a portion is served with 7 plates of mezze. (So no need to take starters, mushrooms with cheese didn't taste fresh) That's horribly lots of wasted food that no table was able to finish! 2 of these mezze is spicy (not like Korean food but still burning), and I spent the next day in bed grunting from stomachache. I was searching for best Testi in Cappadocia, which is a Turkish traditional food. Most of the restaurants were closed by 8pm but luckily I found this place which was opened till 12pm. I checked their reviews and they were mostly good. We ordered food and everything was very fresh and delicious. The salad was served with pomegranate sauce which gave a distinct taste. Their bread was warm and fresh too, which they served along with meeza. Their lamb chops were amazing and the reason I decided to go to this place was to try Testi, which was also good. Their staff was very friendly, specially Idrees was very polite and patient in explaining about all their dishes on their menu, which were written in Turkish language. The atmosphere and ambience was very nice too. They even had separate indoor play area for kids. I would highly recommend, anyone coming to Cappadocia do not miss their food.
