My son enjoyed his burger, I enjoyed my coffee, the waiters do their best and are polite. These are the pluses.
The minuses are:
- the staff are not trained on allergies. The only soup contains yoghurt, no alternatives. No fish. Even though one waiter said he was lactose intolerant himself, the others had no idea;
- we asked for a burger with no cheese. The waiter said OK and brought a burger with cheese. For G-d's sake, if you don't understand, say so, don't say OK! I have no problem using Google Translate if necessary, but be honest if you don't understand the language you are being spoken to! The burger came back with remainders of cheese just scraped off. Like, really?!
So, 4 stars for effort but no stars for skill. Train them better!
