We had a dinner with a group of colleagues, were welcomed by the waiters in a very friendly way, got extensive explanations on the dishes and even got nice help with advise on drinks that suit a certain dish. I had a steak which was very well seasoned. The fries and share salad was also more inventive than you could expect from a Dutch brasserie. Salad had watermelon, feta cheese and olives. I can imagine that’s probably seasonal. If you are a sweet tooth, the dessert proeverij that you can order for two is certainly a good go, it had a varied combination of ice cream, cakes and fruit. Heel mooi, bruinig restaurant. Smaakvol ingericht. Er is een kinderhoek waar de Kids zich kunnen vermaken terwijl de ouders rustig kunnen tafelen. Het personeel is attent en biedt goede service. Bij mooi weer is er een mooi terras. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Deze knusse brasserie in Glimmen is geopend van woensdag t/m zondag. Ik kwam hier op woensdag en kreeg een heel fijn plekje bij de haard. De bediening was vlot en vriendelijk. De sfeer gemoedelijk en ontspannen. Omdat het buiten fris was heb ik binnen gezeten, zeker geen straf want de inrichting was erg mooi; landelijk en stijlvol. Het terras zag er erg aantrekkelijk uit met uitzicht op de landerijen. Zodra het wat warmer wordt zal ik dit terrasje zeker opzoeken. Price per person €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice outside terrace, with good food. The lunch was typical Dutch, we enjoyed our 12-uurtje. Nothing exotic, but well prepared. Nice desserts too. Friendly and funny staff.

Great food and service. Was a bit late to take the picture, but for lunch I would highly recommend the goat cheese sandwich 👌
