The BEST pancakes I’ve ever had. Holy moly. Cinnamon roll pancakes? Amazing. Whoever thought of that idea is genius. Staff is friendly, food is delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough. Also, they make their iced coffee with frozen coffee cubes!! GENIUS!

Cute little breakfast/brunch nook in Eastport! Lots of hardworkin’ ladies running the kitchen and making our breakfast absolutely delicious. The morning views are hard to beat for coffee and a breakfast sandwich — I got the southern chicken biscuits; the chicken was a little thin but the sriracha honey, bacon and fried egg more than made up for that. My fiancée got the vegan sausage BBK which was delicious. I may have taken more than one bite of hers 😬 and not pictured was our absolutely amazing blueberry scone!! You won’t choke on those bad boys as they are perfectly moistened! Dry scone lovers, move aside!! 🫐💦 Thank you ladies for great experience! Gracias!!

Staff was lovely and I really enjoyed seeing all of the local stickers and good vibes inside the restaurant, that said as cute as this restaurant is it is extremely overpriced and just not that great. I opted for the veggie breakfast burrito and my boyfriend got the blueberry pancake and something else that was just not worth remembering. Really disappointing. My burrito was about the size of my palm, and for $12, I'd expect more. Burrito was falling apart the second I picked it up from all the oil. Pancake was dry and just tasted bland. Really wanted to love this place based on all of the reviews but the lack of flavors and almost spending $50 on breakfast for 2 people is crazy.

Disclaimer: I don’t eat bread so the thing folks say they do, I can’t speak to. That said, we picked up breakfast and it was delicious. The eggs were perfect. The meat was cooked appropriately. The drinks ( hot chocolate and orange juice) were yummy. If their bread is as good as their breakfast, it must be a real delight. I also enjoyed watching the restaurant’s posted videos. This is a definite try if you’re in Annapolis.

Edit..1/21/2024 this morning was THEE best sandwich of my life.
As an Eastport local, this is my favorite breakfast spot. Can’t think of another place to eat quality food with a waterfront view. The staff is awesome. Feels like home.

You can always be sure to get great food here. I tend to get their sandwiches, but the quinoa bowl is pretty great too. I recently tried the oyster mushroom po boy sandwich and thought it was phenomenal. I really like how they offer quite a few vegetarian and vegan options.

I was traveling solo in our Porsche 911 Carrera 4S cabriolet when I stopped in very early on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
The views are incredible if you like walking along the waterfront & boats of all sorts & sizes.
The service was more than efficient; it was engaging, friendly, personable & pleasant. Great coffee with lots of interesting conversation among the patrons and staff. Even the owner/operator shared her experience in choosing this business of her own vs the military, then corporate, career ladder.
The foods were made-to-order, fresh & delicious. I enjoyed my cranberry juice, fruit cup & blueberry pancakes. Afterwards, I walked among the waterfront maze of nooks, crannies, & (still closed- too early Sunday morning) shops with lots of fishing & boating opportunities.
Would I like to return to the Bread and Butter, or recommend it to others? Yes, absolutely.

We were visiting Annapolis for the day, and the Bread and Butter Kitchen peaked our interest for lunch based on positive Google reviews. The place is on the first floor of an office building at the Marina. Limited seating inside and about a dozen tables outside with the Marina water views.
The BLT on sourdough ($9.49) was good. The bacon was crispy, which is important. The Philly Cheesesteak ($14.29) was also good, but it could have used a bit more cheese and onion.
The sandwiches come with choice of kale salad or chips.
Chips (about 8-10 chips) were okay, but they did not rank on top of my chips chart.
Substitute for fries is an extra $3.
The service is friendly and prompt.

I placed my order over the phone and it was nice to be able to customize it. Very kind and patient staff.
The place from inside has 2 tables and an open kitchen and it’s something I like, at the outside it has a unique spot near the waters with many tables and seats outside, with a great view of the parked boats & yachts.
The food was really good, flavorful and clean.
It’s really a place that you need to check if you are visit qq
