This is a great nutritonal spot in the greater Bangor area! My wife and I stopped here for a healthy breakfast before our hike. We each had a smoothie bowl. My wife had the Green Bowl and I had the Mainer and we each added protein to the bowls. The bowls were very hearty and filling, made with fresh ingredients and kept us feeling full for hours. The menu was lengthy and full of different options like teas, coffees, smoothies, smoothie/yogurt bowls and salads. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. Delicious energizing tea, twisted tomato avocado toast, and a caramel yogurt bowl. Friendly staff. Pricey but worth it. A lovely gem on the river in downtown Brewer. Uniquely healthy options. I have been going to Brewer Nutrition ever since they opened their doors. Not only Do they have an incredible menu, they also offer incredible service. This is the type of business that I want to frequent. They always remember my name, they always remember what I order and above all they always treat me with nothing but kindness and respect. Taylor is a small business owner that thinks of herself as a customer and she does an amazing job doing just that! I highly recommend the raspberry yogurt bowls!! I typically love coming here, but today I went in and there was one woman in front of me, the 2 girls started working on her order, I stood at the counter by the register patiently waiting for them to take my order. About 5 people walked in behind me and one of the girls asked the 2 woman BEHIND me what she could get them. I stood there for a few minutes in disbelief since I had been standing there at this time for at the very least 10 mins, so I walked out. Extremely disappointed, it's one of the only places in the area where I can eat due to health issues. Service: 1

Didn’t buy anything but husband got into an accident at the bridge and we had to wait for a tow. Woman inside was really kind and let us use the bathroom, was myself husband and daughter. Were there for a few hours. I was surprised how nice she was! Will come back to purchase something definitely! Thank you! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely loved it here! I was only visiting Bangor for a couple of days, but I made a point (it myself anyway) to make another visit. I got the 'Raining Man Go', which had cute clouds in it using Greek yogurt, and the 'Rain Water' which I really liked in particular, it had a wonderful tartness to it. I also got the Twisted Bagel Sandwich. It was so tasty and I'm definitely going to try my best to make it again when I get home! LOVE Brewer Nutrition! They have the best toast, teas and smoothies/bowls in the area...Not to mention excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience with the girls who work here, they are all very sweet and kind! If you are in brewer, definitely stop in for a visit and a pick-me-up! Excellent menus with smoothies, teas, yogurt bowls, and toast! Service is a little disorganized but the staff is kind and will make anything right. We went multiple times during our vacation because it was so good.

Was happy to find a place with some vegan/nutritional food. The smoothie I had was delicious. The inside could use a little bit more style but maybe they are a new spot. I’m not from the area but was happy with my smoothie!

Before I can even talk about the food I have to mention how great the atmosphere is and the kindness of everyone working. They were so sweet and welcoming. As for the bowl, it was packed full and definitely worth the price. It tasted fresh, sweet, and was really filling Service Take out
