This location is so much worse then the North Muskegon location. Cold bagels, and the service barely acknowledges you. And they were slow at the time I ordered. When my food was ready, just yelled my name and set bag down and walked away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The workers are all quite young mostly female basically nice enough. Good music playing sometimes R. E. M., New Order, The Cure, The Cult... Maybe idk idr I do go to a lot of coffee shops. I love that they have a couple few more unique flavored bagels and a couple few more unique flavored muffins compared to most boring same old flavors elsewhere. Do not support this business. They hire people who lose their children to the state for unmentionable reasons and fire people for things with absolutely no proof. So I also wouldn’t apply to work here either.

I thought it was gross to see that there was literally people screwing in your parking lot, but then to realize that it was an employee was the worst thing I've witnessed going to a place of FOOD SERVICE. For the genuine safety of other people (because that's nasty and who knows if she even washed up after before touching food) I hope that this person has been let go. I will not be returning and will be sure to let others know that this behavior is allowed. On top of the ROACHES that were seen climbing up the food station🤢🤢🤢

food is very good! more on the pricey side of places to eat but worth it. atmosphere is pretty and also clean. service is fast and staff is nice, got our food quick with great quality. i got the lincoln tunnel sandwich and it was amazing, the tuna had a different taste than i’ve had, has some tang! also got he strawberry smoothie. although the syrup taste but to much, i mixed it and love the flavor. Today I went to get my coffee at my usual coffee place and the line was so long I decided never mind. Continuing to drive down the road I spotted Brooklyn bagels not being a person who frequents there I decided to give it a go, I sure am glad that I did. There was only two cars in line, which led me to be in line for a total of less than 10 min, very pleased. I did not go into Brooklyn bagels so I cannot comment on the atmosphere with inside of the facility, I did go through the drive-thru line. The facility on the outside was pleasant and clean enough to get my attention to stop. Pulling into the parking lot pull around to the back of the building and there is a big menu placed on display with many things to choose from usually people do not have a good outdoor menu but this one did. I could hear the person speaking through the speaker very clearly and it was easy to understand. Mi barista was pleasant and answered my questions while making good suggestions. Today I ordered the white chocolate chai add espresso. My drink is everything I hoped it would be. It's delicious, it's warm, I am very pleased. The prices are lower than my normal coffee facility so I think I may have found my new favorite place! My large white chocolate chai at expresso came to around $6 and some change along with the tip that I left make sure you tip your barista at least a dollar. If they deserve it which I'm sure they do they work very hard. I’m from AL, and whenever my family is in town, we always make sure to stop by and grab Brooklyn Bagels for breakfast, and then some to bring back home. I’m not even a bagel fan, but these are, hands down, the best ones that you will ever put in your mouth!!! And the specialty cream cheese spreads?? Those are just the icing on the cake. Tried an iced chai frappe the last time I visited, and was blown away by that as well - so so yummy. Don’t pass this up if you’re ever near by. BB will continue to be a MI tradition for this Southern girl ☺️
