While traveling on a business trip passing through Midland we needed a place to stop for lunch and this turned out to be a decent choice. Since we were on a schedule we needed just a light lunch. I chose a 1 meat & 2 sides, Pulled Pork, Potato Salad & Baked Beans! The meat was tender & juicy, the sides were phenomenal! Best baked beans that I could remember having and I loved the idea of serving in a small cast iron skillet! The potato salad was equally impressive. I did not care for the BBQ Sauce that came with the meal. It was an over powering vinegar taste. To be honest I didn’t ask if there were other options since I enjoyed the meal as it was! Whether you live there or pass through I would recommend honing this place a try!
