Bad Management. They didn’t take a single order for a hour because they “ were backed up with orders”. Can’t even hear the employee read the name of the customers because the entire staff mumbles when they speak. Will never come to this BBW again. Do not recommend. The food was ok, not impressed. Seems like they were in a hurry and just threw the sauce in ten wings. They give me the veggies in a clear plastic bag 3 celery and 3 carrots for 20 wings and fries. A couple of weeks I placed an order on the app to be delivered, and was missing a few items, I called the restaurant and got hung up, and ignored. I finally was told I was going to be refunded my money back for the missing items and I still have yet to receive it. Very poor customer service. And not the first time that they always missing items on their delivery orders either… and I spend a lot of money everytime I order from this location. They lost a customer at this location. The food wasn’t made right. Not enough sauce. I complained but the manager Melody resolved the issue and was very prompt. She’s the only one I was able to complain to as the GM is never available.
