The burger I got was outstanding but the wings for the entire table were overcooked (dry and hard). The table service was less than lacking. Waited a half hour for a drink and just as long for refills. The server seemed like they were actively avoiding tables. And the music was load enough we couldn't even talk to each other at our own table. Have had good experiences in the past but seems the establishment is losing its appeal. Atmosphere beer and TV playing sports Boom win! but that's where it stops. The food was a taste of buffalo wild wings, but this place is understaffed, not enough servers not employees' fault no friendly faces to ask we want more refills or like to order dessert just drop our food and hopefully we see someone in a 1hr I would try a different location next time. Take out order. I even tipped 15% and I don’t know why. They didn’t have the order ready for my husband on time and on top of that they missed all the sauces that came with our order. Food was definitely cold, but I can look past that. The lettuce was turning brown on the salad. The portions are way small. The wings are wayyy too breaded. Food is always amazing here, but the service we had was terrible. We arrived and were seated at 4:58pm. The lady who sat us said that the waiters were not here yet and should arrive by 5. No big deal, but kinda weird that there were zero waiters at dinnertime when the establishment opens at 11am. I figured it was slow (only 3 other tables were seated) so it was fine. But once the waiters trickled in, it took 20 minutes and us asking someone for our waiter to talk to us. He was disgruntled and angry, saying he was late, management here sucked, and that he was having a lousy weekend. Oof. Not professional, but we did our best to make ordering our food an easy for him. Not even one minute after he left, another waiter came and said that SHE would actually be our waiter. Um, okay? Sure. Appetizers came and all was well, until 40 minutes passed and other tables (that came after us) were leaving! We hadn't gotten our food yet! We asked and the waiter told us it was coming. "So sorry." After already being there an hour (with no refill), we were getting frustrated. Finally the food came and it was amazing. Never disappoints. But the icing on the cake was when we flagged our waiter down for refills (finally) and let her know it was my birthday. We've come before for birthdays and always loved the little chocolate cake and scoop of ice cream. But this time she flatly said, "sorry, we don't do birthdays." and left. We were done. Left a measly tip for the food and left. Not a great experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Our past few orders and sit ins have been pretty low quality. Portion sizes were nonexistent - a regular fry looked more sparse than a happy meal fry. Food was delivered tonight ice cold, like it hadn’t been cooked at all. Literally had to microwave our food. The wings were too salty. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or the wings but we needed a lot of water to wash them down. My dining companions were all served, but my order was forgotten and I had to order again. It came as everyone else was finishing up. My dining companions did share some of their food with me as I waited. Not too excited about going back ever. We waited 30+minutes on a Thursday night and found out they had no chicken sandwiches or burgers AT ALL. We ordered brisket tacos which were cold and nachos which had almost no cheese sauce on them. It was a very disappointing experience. I will probably not eat here again. Seems like they should be better prepared as a management team. Felt rushed to order, and then food was terrible. The croutons were soggy, some of the lettuce was turning to mush, and the fries were crusty and old. Had to ask for fresh fries. They were not as stale but extremely salt-encrusted. Never got my water that I asked for. When the desert was served without the mentioned ice cream from on the menu, when it was delivered, it was tossed onto the table as the waitress walked by. No apology or explanation. It was served in a to-go cup. Went to watch a basketball game. I'll pay for ESPN+ before I ever go back to this place. I am traveling for living, I go to chains as I hope for certain standards. My order of food, fries and wings, came 20 minutes apart from each other. The wings I ordered weren’t right. Upon approaching the manager I got the answer:”My shift started 15 minutes ago, your food got prepared in the shift before. We have lots of green folks in the back, mistakes happen. Fries and wings are prepared by two different departments, for that reason they come separately.” I would suggest not to visit the place again, at least I won’t. Following my co workers suggestion to avoid this BWW. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Service here at this location was not super great nither was it super bad....however, the female waitress was very rude never acknowledge us until we spoke to her and she services the 2 females who came after my friend and I. So, we waited for about 20 minutes before another waiter ask us did she services you guys? We say no. And he took our orders. But the food and atmosphere was great!!!
