Every time I order food they always forget an item. They don’t check the bag like they’re supposed to before it’s picked up. So it leaves a member of my family without a meal. Yes, the food that we actually get is great, but if it’s checked like it’s supposed to then this shouldn’t happen. Buffalo Wild Wings has fell off a lot over the years but this location we have always gotten fresh wings that were hot not room temp. This is one of few reliable locations still open. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Didn’t get the chance to try the food. Place was pretty empty at 7:30pm with plenty of tables available and only a few tables sat. Busiest area were the tables near the bar and people picking up to go orders. Hostess looked inconvenienced when we asked for a table of 9 and we were told the wait was 55 min to an hour, even with all the empty tables and one small family waiting infront. We put our name down to wait but we left to go to East Coast Wings across the street instead. East Coast wings was busier, in an even smaller space and they graciously made room for our family of 9. We finally got the text our table was ready at Buffalo Wild Wings, 70 minutes later as we were done with a great meal and service at East Coast Wings! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
