Shortly after 4 PM on Monday May 15th, I was sitting in the dining area eating my burger when a man walked into the restaurant with a dog on his shoulder. He walked up to the counter, WITH THE DOG on his shoulder, and had a conversation with the cook. The cook reached over the counter with her gloved hands to pet the dog and feed him treats. Less than 30 seconds after petting the dog, she was back at the grill flipping burgers with the wooden handle spatula. And did not wash her hands or change her gloves. Does this woman have a food handler certificate as required by Nevada state law? I personally will not be setting foot in this establishment again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
