Burger King is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Based on the guests' opinions, prices are reasonable. Food is good for what it is. High prices but that's why you should have the phone app for okay deals, sometimes. Okay parking. Nice interior, much nicer than any other BK. Clean interior. Some staff are decent, some staff are emotionless/unresponsive, or have no idea how to keep customers safe. They have the digital Coca-Cola soda fountain!!!! I recommend mixing soda flavors to find out what you like. These soda fountains have flavors that aren't available in store. Chicken fries are delicious, eat them soon after they come out of the frier. The young fat guy who works here is kind of gross. I saw him shoving his hand down the backside of his pants to fix his shirt/pants as he walked from the drive-thru to the food packing area...GET A BELT!!!! It's clear you need one, the least you could do is wash your hands. I'm quite certain this is the same guy who dropped a paper bag on the floor, picked it up, and continued to pack food into it; I confronted him about it and he lied about trashing it, I know where the trash is behind the counter and you didn't go near it!!! I can see over the counter perfectly clear. Speaking of dropping stuff, one of the workers packing side items dropped a few empty containers and thankfully didn't pick it up as they packed my food...HOWEVER, the older lady, who I assume is the manager, walked by to pick it up and placed it on the lower shelf, likely to reuse them when customers are out of sight...as I said earlier, I know where the trash can is back there!!! It's 1-2 feet from where you placed the fallen containers (and I can clearly see them on the shelf)!!! I have over 20M views as a food/restaurant reviewer and I cannot recommend this location anymore; fix your staff or management, and learn to take the minor loss from tossing insignificant stuff!!! 2-3 fry containers...a paper bag--how cheap are you trying to be compared to the price of a lawsuit?!?! If you're too focused on pinching pennies, you're going to lose sight of the dollars!!! A penny saved is still just a penny at the end of the day. Having over 20M views, you can certainly bet I keep track of my reviews; don't bother trying to delete it. I'll be taking a break from Bk, but I hope you improve when I decide to come back. Paper or plastic floating in my drink, I think it's random plastic from the cup lining during the manufacturing process. Good thing I don't use lids or straws, or I wouldn't have noticed this. If the employees I described here have a family or people they care about, I hope they never eat at a food service place that has employees like them.
