At this fast food, clients can order tasty burgers and good chicken sandwiches. Do not go away without trying good ice cream. Visitors don't highly appreciate milkshakes at Burger King. This place is a fever dream I swear. you stand at the register for 5 mins with all the employees looking at you like your crazy. They ask questions every step of the order. And then it’s wrong. I swear it has to be a social experiment. And there’s 3 dudes just standing around. It’s wild. Someone from corporate please go look at this operation lol. 16 mins from order to leaving for 2 sandwhichs and they were cold. Pretty much the worst service I have ever seen lol. This was the last time I will be visiting this place. The manager needs to learn how to manage. Stands around when the woman cooking is working extremely hard. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I did a timed order 40 minutes in advance to pick up in the store. When I got to the store 3 minutes before my time order was supposed to be ready, no one greeted me. I waited a couple of minutes before I finally was able to get someone attention. The young man had no idea what order 71 was or my name. He looked around and there was no ticket. I even showed him my phone and still nothing. He went to the drive thru POS terminal then the front register and still couldn't find my order. He asked other workers and they couldn't find it. He's finally talked to the shift runner and they couldn't find it. He finally went thru the machine and was able to find it. They either didn't print it or they it or after it printed, needless to say my food was not ready. There was another lady already in the store before me so waiting on some of her order and was upset because the food she was already given was getting cold. It got so bad and no one was taking orders that people who were waiting to order food ended up walking out. After the young man asked the cooks to expedite my time order and make my burgers, I finally got my food like 8 minutes later. When I received the bag, I noticed they didn't put any sauces in the bag for my 16 nuggets so I asked for the sauces from another worker who handed me the bag. He looks at the receipt and says "oh we don't have any ranch". Of course they don't. If I hadn't already paid for the food on the app, I would have walked out like the other people did. Never Again! I thought I'd try this as I usually find myself on the way throught his area on weekends and wanted to give this place a chance instead of the usual cluster on 30 at Parkesburg. I walked in right after another lady and although there were at least 6-8 people behind the counter or working, when she asked for a plain cheeseburger with onions and ketchup everyone gave her a blank stare like they didn't understand or know what to do. Finally I guess the on duty manager came and took care of it, but that was a 10 minute wait before I could even order my food. They could see people coming inside and standing in line, but no one cared to take an order. When it was time for me to order I had two workers say they would help me before someone with an access card could actually take my order. The food was okay, but the Coke Freestyle machine tasted a little wonky. I dumped my drink in the parking lot as I left because it wasn't worth keeping. Bottom line, it seemed very unorganized and I won't be going back. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
