Well I guess gone are the days when you can go to your local Burger King and get pleasant service and good food. I was the ONLY person in drive through. I waited at the drive through window for like 6 minutes. 3 people standing right there and no one said a word...Not Hi, not we will be right with you...nada. Finally someone asked me if I got my coke yet. I said I haven't gotten anything yet. About 4 min. later I got my bag of food and I said I haven't got my coke yet. Oh, it'll be right here. What a terrible experience. Not one person said hi, thank you...nothing. Then, the fries were nice and hot but there was sooo much salt on them, I couldn't eat them. I realize I ordered a whopper junior, but it looked more like a slider... This is a perfect business for undercover boss to come in and see what's really happening at this place. Nastiest BK I've ever been to. Quality is seriously lacking at this franchise. They get away w it too because there is no other choice of fast food places in newport beside McDs & tacobell. Place SUCKS! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
