Burgers were tasteless and thrown together. Also dry (no mayo or other condiments). Fries were overcooked , unsalted and limp. Appalled to pay $26 for two people at a fast food place. Quick service. We were vegetarian when we visited here. The impossible burger prep was outstanding. The folks here are warm and ever willing to serve with a smile. Definitely the best pitstop we picked on this trip! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Normally I love Burgerville. But this time, it was a sad meal. Fish was over cooked, no cole slaw served, no tartar sauce given until asked. But the picture advertised it all on the plate. Shakes were good as always, but kinda sad to pay good money for over cooked and bland food and the order not complete. The accessible ramp that you have to legally have due to The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 is not in ADA compliance. My wife had to push me up the ramp just so I could enter the building. Then I almost tipped sideways and fell out of my wheelchair on the way back into the parking lot. We dinned inside. The food was wonderful! We tried the NON-DAIRY (THANK YOU LOLA!!!) pumpkin shakes, soda, fish and chips, and the kid's burger meal. Everything just as it should be, tender, moist, and hot/cold.... perfect and fresh!!! The restaurant was spotless. The friendly staff all worked together helping to see food was taken out and people helped as needed. Lola, is such a doll! We will go back! Quick and easy to get to off I-5. Needed a quick snack and bathroom break on our trip up north. The place was clean and really was the only place to get food and stop before 10am.
